This is where the spark started the idea of women in dentistry was ignited. It was first an idea, and then evolved into a dream, a goal, a destination. A dream many young girls since have also dreamt. A life's goal that may have never been possible without the first. Who is this person? Where was she born? Where did she live? Who taught her? Who were her parents? What was her family life like? Who was her mentors?
This person was not in the quiz deck of Notable Women in Science by Aimee Hess. That's not because her accomplishments were average, nor was it because she didn't do great things. Most likely it just slipped their mind. A newer edition may have included this person.
